Report a concern

Email security reports to security@inouthub.app. Please include enough detail for us to understand and reproduce the issue, such as the affected location, observed behavior, potential impact, and reproduction steps. Include supporting evidence only when it can be shared safely.

Good-faith guidelines

When investigating or reporting a potential issue, please:

• Avoid accessing, changing, retaining, or sharing data that does not belong to you.
• Avoid disrupting services or communications.
• Do not use denial-of-service, social-engineering, spam, or physical-security testing.
• Use the minimum testing necessary to demonstrate the issue.
• Allow reasonable time for review and remediation before public disclosure.

What to expect

We will review reports submitted through the security address and may contact you for clarification. Please do not send sensitive personal information in an initial report. This policy does not authorize activity that violates law or the rights of others.
