• Your mobile number and records of SMS consent, preferences, and opt-out requests.
• Operational information needed to support the SMS program.
• Messages and replies associated with operational communications.
• Basic technical information processed when you visit the website, such as request, device, and browser information.

How information is used

We may use information to:

• Provide the operational SMS messages described on the SMS Program page.
• Respond to questions, support requests, privacy requests, and security reports.
• Maintain consent and opt-out records and meet legal or carrier requirements.
• Protect the reliability, safety, and security of our communications and website.

Website performance analytics

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the SMS program. We may share information, including consent status, with service providers that help deliver and support messaging, such as messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers, and when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services on our behalf or meet applicable legal obligations.

Operational SMS messages are sent only to recipients enrolled through an appropriate consent or authorization process. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of participation. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See SMS Program and the SMS Terms.

Other limited disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf; to support the operational purpose for which the information was provided; to protect rights, safety, and security; or when required by law. We do not use these disclosures to permit third-party marketing.

Retention and protection

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, consent-record, security, and legal needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question, by emailing privacy@inouthub.org. We may need to verify your request before responding.
