Message categories
Messages are limited to:
- Participant arrival and departure notifications.
- Volunteer scheduling requests, reminders, replies, and confirmations.
- Changes to scheduled sessions.
These messages are operational and non-marketing. They are sent only to recipients enrolled through an appropriate consent or authorization process.
Consent and participation
SMS is optional. Before any messages are sent, consent is captured through an approved InOutHub or organization process appropriate to the program context. This page provides program information; it does not collect consent or enroll recipients.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of participation in a program or activity.
Frequency, rates, and choices
- Message frequency varies based on scheduled activities and operational needs.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
