SMS program

InOutHub provides optional operational text messages to recipients enrolled through an appropriate consent or authorization process. InOutHub text messaging is available to recipients age 18 or older.

Message categories

Messages are limited to:

  • Participant arrival and departure notifications.
  • Volunteer scheduling requests, reminders, replies, and confirmations.
  • Changes to scheduled sessions.

These messages are operational and sent only to recipients age 18 or older who are enrolled through an appropriate consent or authorization process. Messages may include limited factual acknowledgments where applicable.

SMS is optional. Before any messages are sent, consent is captured through an approved InOutHub or organization process appropriate to the program context. This page provides program information; it does not collect consent or enroll recipients.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of participation in a program or activity.

Frequency, rates, and choices

  • Message frequency varies based on scheduled activities and operational needs.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of further messages. After STOP, that phone destination is suppressed across all InOutHub organizations, programs, senders, and message categories until messaging is validly restarted.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
