SMS text messaging terms

Program scope

The SMS program is limited to:

• Participant arrival and departure notifications.
• Volunteer scheduling requests, reminders, replies, and confirmations.
• Changes to scheduled sessions.

InOutHub text messages are operational and sent only to recipients age 18 or older who are enrolled through an appropriate consent or authorization process. Messages may include limited factual supporting acknowledgments where applicable.

Consent

By consenting through an approved InOutHub or organization process appropriate to the program context, you agree to receive the operational message categories described above at the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of participation in a program or activity.

You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided. Where the recipient is under age 18, they are not eligible to receive InOutHub text messages. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out or contact SMS support.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on scheduled activities and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to block all InOutHub messages to that number. After processing, the destination is suppressed across all InOutHub organizations, programs, senders, and message categories and may receive one final confirmation. Reply START to resume only when supported, and HELP for assistance, or email support@inouthub.app.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how mobile information and SMS consent records are handled. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

Availability and changes

SMS delivery depends on mobile networks and may not always be available. InOutHub may change or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
