SMS program terms

These terms apply to optional operational SMS messages sent by InOutHub.

InOutHub is operated by ZiffyVolve LLC.

Program scope

The SMS program is limited to:

  • Participant arrival and departure notifications.
  • Volunteer scheduling requests, reminders, replies, and confirmations.
  • Changes to scheduled sessions.

Messages are operational and non-marketing. They are sent only to recipients enrolled through an appropriate consent or authorization process.

By consenting through an approved InOutHub or organization process appropriate to the program context, you agree to receive the operational message categories described above at the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of participation in a program or activity.

You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided. Where a recipient is under the age of majority, enrollment must follow the approved program process and include parent or guardian authorization when required. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out or contact SMS support.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on scheduled activities and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that the request was processed. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@inouthub.app.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and SMS consent records are handled. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

Availability and changes

SMS delivery depends on mobile networks and may not always be available. InOutHub may change or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
